Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
